Where to find us
We are at 5, RBI Layout Main Rd, RBI Layout, Phase 7, J. P. Nagar. The easiest landmarks are Puttenahalli Lake and the Brigade Millennium stretch — if you are coming from either, you are two minutes away. Yelachenahalli metro station on the Green Line is the nearest metro.
How long it takes at the counter
Thirty to sixty minutes for a standard residential agreement, assuming both parties are present with Aadhaar and have already agreed the rent, deposit and start date. The drafting itself is quick; what slows people down is arriving without having settled the numbers.

What you will pay for
Three separate things, and we will always show them separately:
- Stamp duty — set by the government, calculated from your Consideration Amount (the security deposit, or monthly rent × 11 months). Usually between ₹100 and ₹500 for a residential agreement.
- Drafting — our work, quoted per job.
- Notarisation — from ₹200, only if you need it.
Anyone offering you a single flat price without asking your rent and deposit is guessing at the first item.
Come prepared and it is one visit
Aadhaar for the landlord and every signing tenant, the complete property address including flat number, and the agreed rent, deposit, start date and notice period. Two witnesses with Aadhaar if you want it witnessed on the spot.
