How to find the shop

We are on RBI Layout Main Road in JP Nagar 7th Phase, on the ground floor with the shop board facing the road. If you are coming from Puttenahalli Lake, stay on the main road and we are a short distance ahead on your left. From Brigade Millennium and Elita Promenade the walk takes a few minutes. Two-wheelers park directly in front; cars park along the service road beside the shop.

Yelachenahalli metro station is the nearest metro. From there an auto to RBI Layout Main Road is a short ride. BMTC buses towards JP Nagar 7th Phase stop near Brigade Millennium, which leaves a short walk. What to bring with you

For a rental agreement, bring Aadhaar for the owner and the tenant, the property address, the rent amount, the security deposit, and the start date. For a notary attestation, bring the original document and the ID of the person signing. For an affidavit, tell us what the affidavit is for — the wording changes depending on whether it is for a name change, an address proof, a gap in employment, or a court matter. If you are not sure what applies to you, ask before you travel. It takes a minute on the phone and saves you a second trip.

What we can do without you coming in

Send the details on WhatsApp and we will prepare the draft, tell you the exact stamp duty for your agreement, and let you know when it is ready. Stamp duty is set by the government and is worked out from the consideration amount — the security deposit, or eleven months of rent, whichever applies — so we confirm the figure with you before anything is issued. Signatures still have to happen in person or at your doorstep, but everything before that can be settled over a message.

Doorstep service

If you cannot get to JP Nagar, we come to you. We bring the printed agreement and the stamp paper, collect the signatures at your home or office, and hand over the completed set the same visit. The doorstep charge depends on the distance from RBI Layout Main Road and is quoted to you before we travel — there is no charge added afterwards. Doorstep visits are arranged by phone or WhatsApp.

Before you travel on a Sunday

We are closed on Sundays and on public holidays. Monday to Friday we are open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you need something urgently outside those hours, send a WhatsApp message — it will be read when we open, and same-day work started early in the morning is usually finished the same day.
