About BTM Layout 1st Stage
First Stage is the older half of BTM, sitting closer to Madiwala and Tavarekere, and it shows in the building stock — narrower cross roads, more independent houses that were later converted floor by floor into rental units, and small commercial establishments mixed into residential streets.
